JB Silks will only sell and ship their products from WA state to within all 50 states of the USA and to Canada.

Transfer of Title and Risk
Once we have transferred the products to the chosen carrier for shipment, the title and risk of loss or damage to the products pass to you. This means that from the moment the carrier takes possession of the shipment, you assume responsibility for the goods during transit.
